Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment for registration and to complete or update your medical history.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an appointment call the office during business hours so that we can offer your appointment time to patients on our waiting list.
Delays
We recognize that your time is valuable, and we make every effort to remain on schedule. However, there are the occasional emergencies or patients that require a little more time. These cause scheduling delays, and we apologize if we keep you waiting and are always thankful for your understanding in these situations.
